I have found the coaching experience to be enlightening, motivational and inspiring all at the same time. The techniques used help to clarify aims and visions - whilst at the same time bringing out passions and ambitions that I was not aware I had!

The tools used have been effective - if sometimes uncomfortable - at focussing direction and helping me identify my path going forward.
